I can work fully remote within suitable hours for the Bucharest time zone, or hybrid within my own city, Cluj-Napoca.
I can also work from an office in my own town in exceptional, clearly justified scenarios.
My workflow is async-first, structured, and focused on minimizing unnecessary meetings. I maintain clear availability and predictable response times. I work effectively with distributed and cross-time-zone teams.
I am open to occasional work-related travel when it has a clear purpose and impact. I participate in on-site workshops or planning sessions when in-person collaboration adds measurable value.
I work effectively as a solo designer when full ownership is required. I integrate smoothly into cross-functional teams with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. I am used to shared responsibility and iterative collaboration. My approach is low-ego and high-accountability.
I am comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. I challenge ideas when logic, data, or user impact is weak. I prioritize outcomes and clarity over visual polish. I can take final responsibility for design decisions when needed.
I design with technical, business, and organizational constraints in mind. I understand trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. I focus on scalable systems rather than isolated screens. My work balances usability, feasibility, and business value.
I communicate directly and with structure. I explain design decisions clearly and back them with data. I actively seek meaningful critique while filtering out noise. I document reasoning to support alignment and long-term product continuity.
I work within agreed hours and do not work extra time except in exceptional, clearly defined situations.
